about me
I founded Peak Fitness and Health out of my own experiences with health struggles. When I was 18, I began to experience chronic pain throughout my body. Over the next several years, I found myself in and out of doctors seeking answers. I underwent multiple surgeries to try to help with the pain, but each one left me with even more issues. I felt helpless and ultimately convinced myself that movement was something I would never be able to enjoy again.

Looking back, I can see how everything I went through led me to discover my true purpose—to help others and offer hope through fitness. The challenges I faced became a path for growth, and fitness played a key role in my healing journey. I’m passionate about sharing my experience with you, building a supportive community, and demonstrating how exercise can be a powerful tool for personal transformation.
I spent the majority of my college studies at Samford University studying health sciences with minors in nutrition and strength and conditioning and am finishing my degree at Liberty University for interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in health sciences and sport studies. I am certified by NASM for my CPT and CSNC and will have my NSCA CSCS summer of 2025.
