Braiden Ward

Fitness is about building a strong body, a resilient mind, and a balanced lifestyle. I’m here to help you integrate effective training into your routine so you can feel your best inside and out. I spent the majority of my college studies at Samford University studying health sciences with minors in nutrition and strength and conditioning and finished my degree at Liberty University for interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in health sciences and sport studies. I am NSCA CSCS, NASM CPT and CSNC certified.
